💡 Eligibility for Refunds:

🚚 Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier or hasn’t arrived after the maximum shipping time:

  • For orders under $60: We offer one free replacement.

  • For orders over $60: Replacement is unavailable, but you may refer to this refund policy for resolution.
